Through its policy work, the Foundation commissions surveys, reports, applied policy research, and evaluations from neutral sources about access to health care and the uninsured in Massachusetts. Policy research is done with the goal of broadening public debate on health care issues, and establishing health care access as a priority on the Commonwealth's public policy agenda. The stories in this section reflect this work.
