Seifert, Executive Director
Bob Seifert is the Executive Director of the Massachusetts Medicaid Policy Institute (MMPI). He joined MMPI as Director of Policy and Research in 2004. From 1998 to 2006, Bob was Policy Director at The Access Project, a national initiative that provides research and policy analysis support to grassroots groups working to improve access to health care. At the Access Project he oversaw community research and wrote a number of publications on health care access and financing. Prior to joining The Access Project, Bob led data and policy analysis activities at the Massachusetts Division of Health Care Finance and Policy for seven years. He has also held public sector positions in municipal and federal agencies.
